Talking to the Sisters

It's always a privilege to be invited to speak to young people - although a little nerve-wracking as well. You can tell pretty quickly by the wide yawns when you're being boring and need to liven up.

Recently I gave a talk to the students at Cromer High who are part of a Big Sister/Little Sister support programme in the school. They were delightful, very attentive to my talk, which is designed to inspire young people to lead a healthy life - because being 60 is way more fun than you would imagine!
